Story

At Sainsbury’s, we have a clear mission - good food for all of us. We believe that every child should grow up nourished, strong and full of possibility. No parent should have to skip a meal so their child can eat. But today in the UK, 1 in 7 families are going hungry and over 2 million children don’t have enough food to grow, learn and thrive. Together with Comic Relief, we're working towards a future where every family in the UK has access to good food, so no child goes hungry.

When I ran the Brighton Marathon with my Dad this year, I thought it was going to be my last marathon.
Then Sainsbury's offered me the opportunity to raise much needed funds to help Comic Relief & in return I get to complete the London Marathon next April.
Now comes the challenge of raising a minimum of £2,500 for Comic Relief. Every pound that you donate will make such a difference and will be hugely appreciated.
Sainsbury’s will match every pound that I raise, doubling the impact of all our efforts.
Please donate whatever you can & thank you.
